Can anyone suggest a program which would reconvert ATI's VCR format file?

I made a mistake by capturing 2 hour video (from TV) to this format and
Adobe Premiere nor TMPGenc won't open it to let me re-encode it as mpg.

    TIA

If you installed ATI's MMC, then open the library, right click on the
captured file and encode to MPEG2. If the captured file isn't listed, have
the library search your HD for media files and it will find it.
