Big Problem with NFORCE-3A

I the other day bought a new Mobo (Nforce-3A 754) and a Cpu (Amd athalon 64 3000+) and i have a PCI graphics card BFG 128 meg. When i start everything up the fans start the monitor shows no activity. Also the USB Ports dont work on the Mobo and the key board has no lights when i press caps lock num lock ect. And i have tried an old AGP card i had it also didnt work.

I Need some help here.
