    Hello,
some time ago I tried to update the bios of an old PC with an ASUS A8NE-FM/S (Phoenix - Award BIOS v6.00PG, revision 1010 —> v6.00PG rev 1011). I needed it to try some things, as a secondary PC.
I followed a tutorial which told me to update it using the FLASHROM Linux command. I did it but, when I rebooted the PC, the beep signal didn’t beep, and the screen was totally black (no signal at all). The power led was not powering on, but the CPU, the hard disks and the fans were. So, I think I bricked my PC.
Does anyone know a way to recover the bricked BIOS (idk maybe by booting from a recovery tool which overrides the POST) / a key combination to boot in some sort of recovery mode / another way to overwrite the BIOS chip memory rewriting an intact copy of that / unbrick the BIOS?
    Thanks in advance!
