Cannot find RAID array after config in BIOS X11DPG-QT

    I am NOT new to raid configurations. I have been doing this since it was engineered.

    I setup a RAID in the BIOS OPROM. Created a RAID5 with 8 drives. It completes, with the status "Initialize". Typically, after you do this, you get a drive device of the full volume in the Device Manager, and in Disk Management for further format, etc. No such device exists.

    Also, i would expect to see all of the drives in the Intel RST tool. That also does not show anything. Whats the deal?

    Turns out... downloading the latest RST utility worked. The one that actually came with the motherboard disk did not work. Go figgure.
