Can't boot from usb thumb drive a8n32-sli deluxe

I've tried many different configs, and i simply cant get the motherboard to boot anything (windows based, or mtkflasher) to boot my thumb drive. I've tried different drives and emulation modes but nothing!

Any help would be appreciated, i have a a8n32-sli deluxe.
