can't wake up from sleep mode.

    Hello,
    I am new to this forum. I have a Gigabyte EP45-UD3R MB running E8400, Win 7.
    When I set the RTC in the bios, the mother board wakes up at the set time, 4:00am,
    and I run my backups. However, it only wakes up if I have powered down the previous night. If it goes to sleep, the RTC won't wake it up.

    I tried a program called WAKEMEUP but it doesn't wake up the MB unless it is in sleep mode.

    Is there a way I can have the RTC wake up the computer whether it has been shutdown or powered off??????????
