HI, i am currently using a Asrock 939SLI32-eSATA2 and i had been getting blue screens regarding Driver_IRQL_LESS_OR_EQUAL (somethin like tat)

I tried repairing it by booting with my WINXP cd and it hangs at 34 min

After a few times everything crash. I am assuming my MObo must had been dead, and i got the Asus A8R MVP as my new MObo.

Im just wondering whether do i need to reinstall Win Xp? OR can i just repair it...I have valuable data in my Harddisk and was wondering whether can it be retrieved and be compatible with my new MOBO?

(I partition my hard disk to 3 sections and my windows is in C drive....my other important files are at H and G drive....)

THnx for reading and helping guys...im really lost with this matter
