cheapest place bying new memories?

i got corsair XMS 3500 434 Mhz dual 256 MB on my abit IC7-G i wanna uppgrade with 2 256 MB:s or 2 512 MB:s...

were i cheapest and the best place for buying on the internet and must i stick to the same brand? regards Tommy
