If anyone has a compaq power supply
    Part # 319235
    Presario Models 5000 and others
    Mitac 110

I can show them how to modify the original unit to 250 Watts
    No soldering
3 dollars cheaper if you solder
    About 1 hr

    Requires old core
    Parts are available locally
    About 25 dollars

I have one working for over 2 years
