computer keeps resetting

    I have a ASUS ASROCK i just resently changed up my processor since my other one fried out. The BIOS come on my monitor but when i try and boot windows it comes up as it was not turned off properly. So after i push safe mode start windows regularly or any of them it just resets the whole computer dose anyone have any help for me here
