Continuous Beeping sound frm CPU

    hey guys.........

    i have this problem........tht weneva i start my comp......the monitor and keyboard doesnt start..........the cdrom light keeps on flashing...........and there is a continuous beeping sound from CPU........

    then i restart my comp by switching on/off my power supply and it works fine.......

    this all happened some 2-3 months ago.......after tht the problem solved automatically........

    then again somedays bak......i had to reinstall windows ....and i setup my BIOS to boot frm CD.......

    after somedays of reinstalling windows.......i kept the BIOS to boot frm CD.....

    yesterday i changed the BIOS to boot frm Harddisk.......

    and now again i m getting this Beeping problem frm BIOS......

    worse.....its not starting on even restarting my comp....like b4......

    ne solutions ???????
