CPU Fan Failed...MB problem

I have installed new CPU fan at my MB(GA-7N400 Pro2), it worked fine for 20-30min. than stopped. I found that the problem is with the MB, cause when i put the tree cables of the fan in another place, deferent from the "CPU Fan connector" it works fine. When i plug-in another fan in this "CPU FAN CONNECTOR" it also cannot start. Why is this problem ? How can i FiX it. PS: Sorry about my english PS2: I haven't clocked my CPU, or modified my Fan Speeds. And also i'm a noobie ;)
