Well... I recently tarted my system up a bit... and it so happens I bought
the MSI 7NNXP (nForce 2 with Soundstorm) board and an FX5600.

The board is excellent, my CPU is an Athlon XP 2400+ which I run at 10x200
to give the 2Ghz 'stock' speed. All my messing seems to suggest the board
itself will not go faster than 200Mhz FSB, incidentally and I am interested
in taking the CPU higher.. but although POST is fine at 10.5x200 WinXP never
gets past the loading screen (suggest that behind the scenes things are not
stable after all as NT is a real good test of whether things are actually
working). I did try pushing the VCore up to 1.7 and 1.725 (decided not to
risk higher) but still would not boot XP. However with an FSB of 200 and my
DDR400 RAM it is nice anyway :¬)

FX 5600 is outperformed in raw throughput by my older Ti 4800 SE, but I
actually do graphics coding and want the pixel shaders and Cg.

    Hope this helps :¬)
