A better heatsink and fan on the CPU might help (I don't know the cooling capabality of the box cooler), but you will probably need better airflow in your case too. Put two fans in the case, one in the front bottom to take cool air into the case, and one in back top to blow the hot air out. Make holes in the case if necessary. That should help.

What's your CPU temp now (idle and full load)? And your case temp? Is your computer stable as it is now? Is it overclocked?

well it from 48 and up to 70...
its not overclocked...
i just one fan in the case...
that in the back of the case ..should i try change the fan so i drag out the air instead? regards Tommy the heat-fool...

The correct airflow for a tower case is air goes in at the front and bottom (hopefully also bathing your hard drive(s) with cool air). Then rising up through the case (warm air rises, right?). And extracted through the PSU fan at the rear and top of the case. If you have two intake fans then you should have two exhaust fans including the one in your power supply unit.

Make sure that unused rear fan ducts are not sucking in warm air from the PSU.

Whoa, that's a lot. My XP2000+ only gets 51 on full load, and my airflow is not very good.

Get more fans.

Yes, if it's in the top of the case it should pull out the hot air.
