Dead Dell

    I have a Dell Dimension 9200 that won't come on. I don't think it is the front panel button. I replaced the power supply first thing and that didn't fix the problem. I suspect the CPU fan. Will a dead CPU fan prevent the computer from coming on? The onboard LED yellow light is lit so I know there is power to the motherboard.
