Dell 4550 PCI Input Device Driver

I installed a second harddrive in this system and am running Win XP Pro on it all the drivers installed except the PCI Input device driver it has a yellow mark next to it. I believe its the chipset driver. Because when i try to install the chipset driver the new hardware wizard pops up and says it found PCI Input Device. I cant seem to get the chipset driver to install. It finishes installing and then i reboot, but nothing. Any suggestions. The computer seems to be running great w/o this PCI Driver.
