I have a Dell Inspiron B120, and am having technical difficulties. I've had it for about 8 months, and for the past month, it hast started making wierd sounds and screwing up. I've had different errors happen, I've had;
Services.exe - Application Error
The application failed to initilize properly (0x0000006). Click on OK to terminate the application.
Stop: c0000218 {Registry File Failure}
The Registry cannot load the hive (file): \SystemRoot\System32\Config\Software or its log or alternate.
It is corrupt, absent, or not writable.
Beginning dump of physical memory
Physical memory dump complete.
Contact your system administration or technical support group for further assistance.
Something with missing partitions
Loading PBR for descriptor 1...done.
Bad PBR
I did a diagnostic test, got;
Error Code : 1000-0146 under Start Dst Short Test.
Can someone please help me?
