Hi, new to this so forgive my inexperience. Have dell dimesion 2400 with no changes since purchasing direct from dell. After being fine, computer won't power up. No beeps. Diagnostic lights show orange, orange, green, green. I have taken all parts and plugs out and cleaned internally (was VERY dusty) It powers on, with both fans operating then orange on power face, stops, restarts and nothing again. Is it time to try a replacement part? The green light is on the system board.
