Dell Dimension 3000 No video

    Hi a friend of mine has the Dell Dimension 3000 and it was working fine but then one day he tried to turn it up and it wont boot i saw the back of the panel and there is the first two green lights are orange the other two are green i saw on dells supprt that that means a memory problem so i got new memory but still the same thing i have tried a new power supply and still the same thing i get power but no video.
