Dell Dimension XPS T450

    I'm upgrading a T450 for a friend, have everything covered except for a new video card. It is now an ATI 3D Rage Pro AGP 2x.
    I haven't been able to find what video cards the motherboard will support anywhere, all Dell wanted to know what my service ticket was.
    Does anyone know if I can at least upgrade to a 4x or 8x AGP card? I did find the specs that says I can use a 66MHz or 133 MHz card.
    Would appreciate any help.
