Dell latitude D610 Wont power On :(

    Hey I got a Dell Latitude D610, it was working fine, I turned it off and now it wont turn on, my battery says full when i press the charge indicator on the bottom of the laptop, and i even tried taking out the battery and running off the charger, and nothing, it doesnt light up, make noise, anything, the only thing it does it displays the charge light when i plug it in , I also removed the panel when the power on button is, and still get nothing when i press it :( any help please !!! thx
