Dell Latitude Ls LCD white screen when

My old Dell Latitude Ls LCD will go white screen when opened up for more than 20-30 degrees. If opened less than that screen is completely normal. I have opened the case and repluged LCD cable connector, does not help.
I'm thinking it's may be the LCD inverter. Anyone has any ideas?
