    Hi,

My son has a Deskpro EN SFF PIII 1.0 GHz with 256 MB ram, running Windows 2000 (SP4 I think), manufactured May 2001. I want to upgrade the video capability since several games or programs he has downloaded recently give a warning that they won't run properly with the graphics on his system.

As I understand it, this computer has "integrated graphics"---can I add a graphics card to improve performance? If so, what kind? (Specific brands and models would help.)

In the device manager, there is an "unknown PCI device"---could this be adding to my problems? There are no cards plugged into the three stacked PCI "rack" slots.

Most simple games run fine on this computer, and it's fine with Office programs, internet explorer, etc.

    Thanks for any help.
