DG965WHMKR + Core 2 Duo E6300 Boot Problems

    Ok, soo here is my major problem

    I have the Intel DG965WHMKR Motherboard and the Core 2 Duo E6300 Processor, i was having simple boot problems b4 where the power would go on for 2sec then shut off, unfortunatly that not the big problem. Soo today i was going to go from Vista RC1 back to XP Pro, still waiting for my copy of Vista Ultimate in the mail, anyways, soo my Floppy wouldnt read the Raid Drivers for XP soo i decided to shut the system off, then on reboot, it took about 45seconds to come up with any information on the screen related to anything from bios or Raid config......now first assumption was RAM, my next guesse well is MOBO or CPU any advice?
