Do computers from the Outlet (Business & Education) come with the Operating System disc?

    I'd like to be sure I'll get the OEM Windows disc needed to reinstall
    Windows.

    I don't see any information specifically about this at the Outlet site
    though on the "outlet info center" page they say all systems are
    "guaranteed to include all correct manuals and accessories".

    The system details pages don't say anything about it. There is no way
    to add it as an option.
