I confirmed that the Aspire 5630 drivers are the right ones for my
Aspire 5633. I installed them and all seemed to be well. Later I found
that the wireless light wouldn't switch on and no wireless connection.
I also found that I couldn't uninstall the Net Controller or wireless
driver, They kept reinstalling themselves on each reboot but still no
wireless light,.or list of available hot-spots.

I did some Googling and read some posts about the importance of driver
install sequence. Though none of them listed a particular sequence for
    the aspire.

If it is important to install the drivers in a specific sequence, can
anyone tell me what this sequence is?

    Regards,
    Bob

I didn't do it in any particular order on my 5630 and it all works fine apart from the bluetooth and I have put my own version of XP on.I spent half the night trying to get the touchpad to work and have just found out you can enable it with the function button and F7.Hope this helps.
