E4000 front panel

I am working with an older E4000 that has an mini atx intel board with three pci slots and an agp. it came with a [email protected] (now2.4) which ran/runs great. my issue is that I ditched the small form case for mid tower and now cant find accurate info, as in a good picture, of how to hook up the front panel. I can power up but theres nothing else working as in reset or the lights. I hate to simply switch crap around blindly hoping to hit it. I did go to the intel/gateway sites but there isnt any pictures of this board that exactly match. it does seem to make a difference as I have had no real sucess other than getting power on.
