Elixir pc3200 running at 333mhz

I have abit is7 with p4, 533fsb. i have elixir 256mb pc-3200 memory module, bios and cpu-z says that it's running only 333mhz, why not 400mhz???

Have you tried manually setting the speed to 400?

Have you checked if it's running the "CAS Latency" specified by the RAM data sheet, or, at a lower value?
