    Hello Epox-owners,

    this ist my hardware:

    - Epox EP-8HDA3+ mainboard
    - CPU AMD Athlon64
    - memory: 2x DDR400 512MB TwinMos (Winbond/Twister?)
    - AGP: MSI FX5600-VTDR128
    - IDE 1 master: Samsung SP1604 (2GB, 2MB cache)
    - IDE 2 master: Plextor PX-708-A
    - IDE 2 slave: Teac DV-516E

    These are my problems:

    - memtest86-3.0 fails with reboot
    - no installation of any operating system possible
(SuSE9/AMD64, Windows XP): randomize error messages

IMHO it's no CPU heat-problem. A friend of mine has bought
the same hardware and has the same problems.

    Please help me...

    Many thanks!

    ^^^^^^^
    TwinMos sucks!

Everything works fine with Infineon DDR400 + DDR333.
memtest still fails, but IMHO this is a SW-problem...

Who is to blame? TwinMos or Epox?
