ERROR - PowerGear.cpp line 420

    Can someone help me?

    In my computer all works but the keyboard don't turn on and the mouse turn on the lights but i cant do nothing

    So the computer says that dont knows the usb's and in the screen says:FourEngine.exe Assertion failed:IsSupported0, file

    fourengine.exe E:\SourceCode\Marklib\include\dail\asus\Source\PowerGear.cpp line 420

    please help me
