Any ideas what is happening ? Using an Adaptec 2 Port SATA but read and
write are extremely terribly slow. From a ATA 200GB drive to a SATA
Connected 250 Hitachi [new drive] it is so slow.. copying a 4 gb file
takes an hour. There are no settings I can check to see what is going
on like Ultra DMA is on or off. Advise ?
