fastest chipset/motherboard/bios?

    im trying to build a computer that will boot real fast...

    my intension was to buy a solid state drive and used an nlited version of xp(small version) further more use some tweak programs i know that works, but i can´t do much about the time from i press the power button to the windows logo apears, its the bios there will slow me down.

    thats why i seek a motherboard with an extreme fast bios/chipset so i can get good boot times..
    so if anyone could help me find such a wonder-board i would be very happy :)
