    Hello,
I am looking for the best solution to have file synchronization
between two OS X servers over a Wan. I have tried Idem 2.2, but it
does not work 100% of the time, more like 80 % or so. Is Chronosync a
    better solutions? Any other program?
I am not a mac user, but I have to provide tech support for such
    issues.
    Any help is most appreciated!

If you just want to synchronize some files, you could try a program
called Synk. I use it between the desktop and my Powerbook. No problems
    yet (10.3.2), and it's free.
