So I spec'd out a new Desktop PC and had an IT friend of mine it together. Everything loaded up fine, but as I did not have my windows key at the time, I did not have him help with that since that should be the easy part.

I got Windows loaded on the PC, but it took a few attempts. However, after it loaded and went through the set up items I started having issue. Monitor was working as intended during this process. The PC rebooted after the completion and went into what my friend identified as a BIOS password screen.

I had not set one, so I googled some fixes for that and a suggestion was to remove the battery. I took out the graphics card, removed the battery for a few minutes and then put everything back together. Now I am not getting any display at all.
