Using an NF7-S with Serillel adapters on a Raid 0 setup. Had to format larger partitions 40, 50 and 60 with the Z:64 switch and use a 32 stripe size. System working OK (Win XP HE with SP1 and Atapi.sys ver
5.1.2600.1135). I don't do many large file transfers. HD's are Maxtor 80, 8MB cache x2.
Would I significantly improve performance with a 16 stripe size and how can this be done? Tried format with Win 98 startup disk and process would hang during format.
