Dear Sir/Ma'am I have a packardbell easynote S4937 W (french) I have formatted it several times but the usb ports doesn't work for my western digital 500gb external hard drive!!! But it works for small devices like mp3 players or such!!! And I cannot install the programs like norton and officenote!!! I'm using a factory made Made Master DVD!!! Please help me to resolve this problem because it drives me crazy!!! Thak you very much!!!
