foxconn bios beeps?

    hello

    i have purchased a brand new foxconn 975X7AB motherboard.
    installed my pentium duo 2.4ghz processor, 2gb ram and new graphics card
    hooked, everything else up, including new psu.
    but i am getting error beeps that i cannot find any info on?

    i am getting 2 long beeps, a lvery ong pause, then long beeps again.
    if i remove everything except cpu, i get continuous beeps? i assume this is because memory has been removed?

    i am not getting a picture and beeps are the same if keyboard and graphics card are attached or not?

    any help appreciated
