Anyone knows what's the FSB and AGP Spread Spectrum?

And for gaming proposes, what´s the best choice? disable, 0.50% or 1.00% ?

    Vini,
Spread Spectrum is there to reduce/eliminate interfering signals by
shifting operating waveforms. Try running with it disabled. If you can
run the Torture Test of Prime 95 without errors and your games seem to
work OK, your best choice is to leave it disabled.
