G7VAXP Motherboard (PC turns of by itself)

    I am having a problem with a computer turning on by itself for no reason. The computer will be properly shut down and somehow, it later turns on by itself.

    I read an article that this may be an issue with the motherboard and the fix is to update the BIOS and or all motherboard drivers. Has anyone experienced this issue?
