GA-6BXC Error Beeps

I just bought this:[URL]http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110003059710[/URL] mobo/cpu combo on ebay for my brothers pc. It came today but I'm having a few problems with getting it to run. Right now it gives 1 short beep and then shuts off. If anyone knows a solution please post.
