ga-78lmt-s2p minimuim power supply req.

    im wondering the minuim power supply requirments for a gigabyte ga-78lmt-s2p.with an amd phenom 2 and 8 gigs of ram..i hd,i optical drive.
    hoping to squeeze out using a 300 because its real quite

    the 500 i have in my other computer(same specs) is loud,but thats because i got cheap and bought a junk 30.00 power supply.
    i may use 2 hd's im not sure.
