Hi ive had my motherboard for a while now (GA-7N400-L), my friend recently got a new PC and consequently new ram, so i decided to use his old ram he had. Ive been running 2 sticks of 512DDR PC2700, then i got another 2 sticks of 512DDR PC3200 from my mate. Whenever i try to use up the four slots the computer only recognises 1Gb of ram but when i take one of the four sticks out the computer recognises 1.5Gb of ram :S this is really confusing to me and frustrating:confused: . Im just wondering if anyone can help me fix this problem. Im not a computer whiz so please try keep the lingo to a minimum or i might blow a fuse :p Any help would be much appreciated, Cheers.
