I recently built a Computer with the above motherboard in a Antec
Tower. After 30 seconds, it powers up then automatically turns-off. I
have been unable to install Windows, set the BIOS or anything, because
it keeps shuting off. I have no idea what is the problem, any ideas?

Does it being to boot? Could be a bad PSU.

  3. Most likely cause is a bad CPU to heat sink bond - did you use a thermal
    pad or paste?

Could also be a bad PSU, memory problem, or any number of other things.
But check the CPU and heat sink first.
