Hi Guys,I have a strange issue.

I have moved my computer from one room to another, and when I replugged it back in I get the BIOS error message

"CMOS checksum error - Defaults loaded
    Warning! CPU has been changed.
Please re-enter CPU settings in the CMOS setup and remember to save before quitting"

I haven't changed the CPU at all, and I assumed the CMOS battery was dying. But I have tried to reset the CMOS battery and no effect.

It says after the error message to press F1 to continue to Windows or Del to enter setup. The first time it did this I pressed F1 and it booted to windows, but after a few minutes locked up. Now, it presents that error every time but doesn't seem to recognise my keyboard, I press F1 or Del and it does nothing.

I have taken out and re-inserted all of the RAM in case it was that, now I am completely out of ideas!!!

Any help at all would be massively appreciated.
