GA-965G-DS3 + Pentium D 945 Presler = Badness?

    I'm hoping to find a little help. I just bought a GA-965G-DS3 with a Pentium D 945 Presler processor and I can't get the thing to even turn on. I just wondered if anyone knew if this MB was compatible with this CPU? (If it's glaringly obvious that they're not, forgive me...the last time I built a computer from scratch was about 6 years ago LoL). Thanks in advance.
