Gateway Gt50228 will not post power supple good

    I have a Gateway GT5028 and it will not post I tried a test power supple in it, still no post (the power supple was my first thought but that isn't it) the the cpu fan and power supple fan are all running. Any suggestions will be greatly welcome.
