GigaByte GA-7N400 Pro Motherboard / CPU problem

I got a GigaByte GA-7N400 Pro Motherboard and it is not reporting the right CPU, I have a Athlon 2200+ and the mobo says it's an 1500+ even wcpuid is saying it's a 1500+ on my old Epox board it said it was an 2200+ "which it is!"

I just updated the bios with @bios to ver. 17 and there where no updates to fix this?

Does anyone know how I can get the mobo to see the cpu correctly?
