My motherboard for my P4 1.9GHz has given up the ghost. Since I was using
RDRam800 I have little choice of motherboards. A vendor offer to sell me a
motherboard suitable for my CPU and RDRam. I have the choice of either
Gigabyte GA 81TXE or Abit TH7II (no raid) motherboard, both having the same
price tag of $50. Which motherboard would be a better choice. By the way,
warranty is for one month only as these two MOBOs are old but unused models.
Can anyone in this NG please help.
    Thanks.

Neither. Sell the RDRAM and get yourself a more up to date Dual channel DDR
mobo. You'll get proper warranty, faster mobo, cheaper memory, SATA
interface, 8x USB2.0 ports and option to upgrade the CPU at some later date.
Look at GA-8IPE1000 as a starting point.
