Graphics gone

I have a 7NJL6 that is a over a year and a half old. Today the screen went blank on our LCD, I reset the machine and still nothing. I hooked the LCD to my laptop and it works fine, I pulled the graphics card (ATI, not sure of the model now) and replaced it with an older card (GeForce) and still no display. Could it be a problem with the MB since it works (the display) fine when connected to my laptop.
