Hardware Problem

Just got new KD7-G using an unlocked Athlon XP1800+
Also with Audigy 2 Platinum and a ADSL PCI card.

The computer keeps crashing!!!
The crashes occur at different times. Windows XP Professional doesn't pick up any errors or data about the crash. This makes me think it is a hardware problem. Got large case, and heat is only 50C ish, so not a heat problem.

I used the processor in an KT7A v1.0 board which doesn't support Athlon XP. Could this have damaged the processor (used with 100Mhz and 12.5*).

Any other reasons why the crash might be occurring.

All software up to date. Power 350W. Tried taking the sound card out as though might clash with m/b sound.

Any ideas appreciated

This will help narrow down to either memory, cpu, or mainboard...but not specify either with any foolproof degree of accuracy.
